1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • It includes all original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
  • It is not a non-returnable product (see below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products, underwear, opened cosmetics)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital goods or downloadable content
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you by email.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Items that are incorrectly delivered

To request an exchange, email us at support@shopienzay.com within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Return Process

  2. Provide your Order Number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 5 business days of approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately.
